3. Unauthorized Use of Images
We strictly prohibit the unauthorized use of any images found on our website. Unauthorized use of images includes any use without express written consent from us. In the event of unauthorized use of any images found on our website, we reserve the right to charge a fee of $50,000 per month until the unauthorized use ceases. The commencement of this fee will be from the date of first unauthorized use. Additionally, in the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge a late fee at an annual interest rate of 15%. This interest will begin accruing one month after the date the delay was first identified.
4. Prohibition of Scraping
The use of automated systems or software to extract data from this website for commercial purposes, (’screen scraping’) is prohibited unless the third party has directly concluded a written license agreement with Self-Organization (Maple Syrup) in which permits it access to Self-Organization (Maple Syrup)’s price and product information.
5. Unauthorized Access
Unauthorized access to our Service, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site is strictly prohibited. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Service will cease immediately.

In no event will Self-Organization (Maple Syrup), nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
